Refund policy

If you need to return a item because it's faulty then you can do so and if we confirm it's faulty, we will send out a replacement free of charge.

If a product needs to be exchanged, due to incorrect size or other reason, then you, the customer is responsible for returning the incorrect/unwanted product to us. 

Where an item is returned for a refund and is not due to any fault in the items ordered, the refund will only be up to the value of the goods ordered and returned at the time of purchasing
